Shipping Terms
Standard Enzyme Company ships orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS using standard carrier rates. Shipping charges are calculated based on variables including package size, weight, destination, and declared value.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day, subject to product availability, order verification, and operational capacity.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss
All shipments are made FOB (Free On Board) origin, meaning ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the package has been released to the carrier.
While Standard Enzyme Company is not responsible for packages once in transit, we will make every reasonable effort to assist in locating lost or delayed shipments and, when appropriate, help coordinate a replacement shipment. Any replacement shipments or additional shipping costs incurred in these situations will be the responsibility of the customer.
Carrier Delays
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Standard Enzyme Company is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order.
Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses—including address correction, rerouting, reshipping, or return fees—will be the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipping error is determined to be the result of Standard Enzyme Company, we will assume responsibility for any associated correction or reshipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain carriers (such as UPS and FedEx) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Customers must provide a valid physical address when selecting these shipping methods. Orders may be delayed if incorrect address types are provided.
High-Value Shipments
Standard Enzyme Company reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for high-value shipments to ensure proper receipt and reduce the risk of loss.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not automatically included unless specified. Customers may request additional insurance coverage at the time of order. Standard Enzyme Company is not responsible for uninsured shipments once they have been transferred to the carrier.
Backorders
Backordered items will be handled as follows:
- Drop Shipments: Shipped directly to your client for an additional shipping fee
- Stock Orders: Included with your next scheduled order at no additional shipping charge
- Expedited Requests: If a distributor chooses not to wait for their next stock order, backordered items may be shipped separately upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply and are the responsibility of the distributor
Rates & Policy Changes
All product pricing, shipping rates, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
Right to Hold or Refuse Shipment
Standard Enzyme Company reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse shipment of any order for reasons including, but not limited to, account status, payment verification, or suspected fraud.
